English speaker looking for a helper long-term

Looking for a reasonably strong  and youngish helper. Mostly pet care  and dog-walking (two cats and a dog)  Regular house maintanance and cleaning, occasional shopping. No children, no cooking help required but there are 2 floors, stairways, roof and outdoor area to be regularly cleaned and maintained. Some gardening work  and car-cleaning will be required. 

You will have your own room.
