Easy going HK family looking for cheerful domestic helper

We are a Hong Kong family of 3 living in Yau Tong by the sea.  A recently retired energetic mom, a retired-soon sir and a lady daugther studing aboard whom will be back to HK by the end of the year. 

We are looking for a cheerful trust worthy domestic helper who can look after my place independantly without much supervision. Major duties include:

• house cleaning and organizing - needs to be detail and careful, as I collect small items from travelling and I like a very clean and organized place.
• laundry cleaning and ironing - sir's clothes and delicate clothing need to be hand washed, others can be machine washed.
• marketing/grocery shopping 
• cooking - perfer somebody enjoys cooking, as I don't like repeated boring stuff and I might want to learn cooking from her :). A mixture of Chinese, western and green-healthy dishes and soups will be good.
• planting - look after my plants and succulents, especially while we are travelling.
