Domestic Helper

Position: Domestic Helper

Location: Hong Kong (Shatin until May 2024, then Kowloon)

Family Composition: Three-person family (Dad, Mom, 5-year-old boy)

Duration:

• Initial: Present – May 2024 (Hotel stay in Shatin)
• Post-May 2024: Permanent (Apartment in Kowloon)

Responsibilities:

Prior to May 2024:

• Safely dropping off and picking up the child from school and various after-school activities.
• Preparing simple meals and managing kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing.
• Assisting the child with morning routines.
• Conducting general family errands as needed.
• Accommodation: Shared hotel room with the child, including a personal bed and food allowance.

After May 2024:

• Continuation of school runs and after-school activity logistics.
• Cooking traditional Chinese cuisine.
• Aiding the child with morning preparations.
• Laundering clothes and washing dishes.
• Performing regular house cleaning to maintain a tidy living space.
• Handling various family errands as they arise.
• Accommodation: Private room in the family's apartment.

Additional Notes:

• Candidates will undergo a selection process, with selected applicants being contacted for phone interviews.
• The role requires a commitment to the family's needs, particularly with regard to childcare, and a willingness to adapt to the family's changing living arrangements.
