Family helper *up to 5300+bonus*

*Family Profile* We are a kind family of four, including our 2.5-year-old daughter and a newborn baby boy. Currently, we have one helper who primarily cares for our daughter and manages household tasks. With the arrival of our baby, we are looking for an additional helper. *Living Arrangements* You will stay in a separate apartment just a block away, where you will share space with our grandmother. You will have your own sleeping room, though it will also be shared during the day when Grandma needs access. *Responsibilities* Your main responsibility will be caring for the newborn baby and assisting with light housework in Grandma’s home. Once you are comfortable with the environment and build a rapport with our daughter, you will rotate between caring for her and the newborn with our current helper. *Working with Our Current Helper* We understand that working with another helper can be a big concern. However, our current helper is cheerful, positive, and caring. She has been with us for two years, and we have a strong, friendly relationship. You will have the opportunity to speak with her during the interview. *Our Family Values* We treat our helpers well and reward them for good performance. We do not have unreasonable expectations or harsh requests. *Requirements* We are looking for a helper who is Honest, Positive, and Responsible: Integrity and a good attitude are essential. Patient with Children: Experience and patience with toddlers (2-3 years old) are crucial. Culinary Skills: Ability to cook well, whether Chinese or Western cuisine, is expected. At least one contract (2yrs) finished in Hong Kong.   *Days Off and Holidays* Since we need at least one helper available at all times, you may need to take Saturdays off or rotate Sundays off with our current helper.
