Family of three needs a domestic helper

Looking for a kind, flexible, patient person to join our small family of 3. My child is 4 years old, is attending full time school and both parents are working. Look for someone who can take the initiative and manage responsibilities with little supervision. Indian cooking experience is a plus, but not required.
