Dog Lover, great cook and cleaner

Need immediately. Dog Lover. Experience with small dogs. It's only me, a doctor and a business woman with a very busy schedule -- work out of home and run an international company with branches in the UK and USA. I have 5 dogs -- 3 Papillion and 2 Maltese. I have a live in assistant who helps me with the dogs and office work. The helper must be hard-working. Very good cooking skills. French, Italian, American, Western, some Chinese -- preferred. Likes Cleaning and takes pride in her work. Thorough and detail-oriented cleaning. Gardening. Stong with good stamina. We live in a luxurious house 1900 square feet-- inside Beverly Hills, four floars. Big yard. Very reliable. No gossip. No chit-chatting. Follow instructions from employer. Respond to the employer without arguing. Focused on her work. Good memory. Being able to organize inside closets and drawers. Car wash.  Must be willing to stay up late. Must be able to work, independently, yet accept feedback and follow instructions. I run an international company with branches in the UK, USA and Hong Kong so I am too busy to micromanage the help. Must be willing to stay up late. Working hours 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM because of my working with doctors in the United States office and our USA office and the time difference between Hong Kong and California. The helper can take hour breakfast, half hour lunch, one hour dinner (we watch movies during dinner) and additionally one hour rest / personal time per day to go to the gym or the pool in the club house or just rest and relax in her room.
