Chinese/Canadian family of 2 looking for honest Helper

We are a family of 2 - mom and 12 year old son.  I am a looking for a responsible, reliable and honest helper that can help take care of the household and my son independently - as I am working mum.  

Grandma will visit from Canada once a year and stay approx. 1-2 months,  but is healthy and fully independent 

We are looking for someone that loves to cook, and able to communicate with a teen would be a great bonus to ensure my son is well taken care of when I am away on business trips or at work.  

We offer own room and Sundays off.
