Chinese Warm family find a long term helper

We are a family with 5 members. My husband and I are working parents. We would like to find a helper take caring the household and the kids who are 9 and 7 years old. They loves reading books and full of joy and happiness. It should be good if loving kids and like to teach them. My mother live with us, she is a heathy and independent. She loves cooking as well. Our maid is working for us for 8 years, but she will get married and go home. Well organised, initiative and integrity personally are preferred.
