Chinese/Japanese family looking for a helper

We are a family of 3 members, 1 kid (3years old boy) and 2 adults from Japan. Looking for a helper with at least 1years of taking care of baby or kids and good recommendation. We would like to hire someone responsible, sincere and trustworthy to like kids and take care of my baby who will be born in July 2022 since one of us have to work at office from 6:20 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. The most priority is to take care of my baby who will be born in July 2022 with safe and comfortable environment during daytime. My 3 years old kid will be at full day school during weekdays. *Working condition: (1)Standard working hour: 7:00 to 19:00 (If we need to work overtime, we may require a helper to work overtime.) (2)Working day: Fixed: Monday- Friday, Flex: half day of Saturday As a rule, we will take care of baby on Saturday by ourselves.
