Chinese family with 2 young kids looking for a nanny

Our family has relocated to Shenzhen China last year and we are entitled to bring one helper to China to work at our home lawfully.  

We have 2 boys, the older one is 2 yr and 4 months old , and the younger one is 7 months old. Our family is currently assisted with 2 Chinese nannies. 

We are looking for a nanny who can speak English and preferably Cantonese to take care of my 7 months old and share cooking, cleaning,and house chors with our other helper. 

You need to be able to work independently without supervision.
