Chinese family with 1.5-year-old boy looking for helper

We both work full-time and need to find a reliable and trustworthy helper to look after our 1.5-year-old boy and 7-year-old small dog. The helper needs to enjoy cooking and maintain high hygiene standards. We like individual who is down-to-earth and good at communication.

Grandparents sometimes visit the boy during the day. 

We'll only consider finished contract individual with long-service (more than 1 contract). Prefer helper with reference.
