Chinese Family to hire Filipino Helper

We are a family of 4, two working adults and 2 kids (6 and 4). We would like to hire an experienced helper to help take care of the kids and do cooking, housekeeping.  

There's another worker here in our family. So you need to share job with the worker.  

We're kind and trustworthy.  We would like to hire a long-term helper for our family.
