Chinese Family with 1.5 yr old Baby Looking for Helper

We are a Chinese couple that relocated to HK from USA, with a 1.5 years old baby. Our parents spend half of the time with us, so half of the time there are 4 adults, and the other half 2 adults. We need a reliable domestic helper who is willing to take care of young baby, can cook Chinese food (or willing to learn), can do housework including cleaning and grocery shopping. The helper will have a separate room shared with a co-worker, and not be required to sleep with the baby. We will require the helper to have finished contract with former employer, and willing to let us talk to the former employer briefly over the phone. Ideal starting time is November. Our place is 1200 square feet in size. We do not have pets. We have 1 car
