Chinese family of 3 looking for helper

A Chinese family of 3 (our son is 1 year and 10 months old). Our requirements are simple and focused: she must love kids, cook well, must have initiative/can work without supervision. We respect and treat our helper kind and good but needs her to be trustworthy and committed in return.
