Join a Loving Family by the Sea – Caring Helper Wanted

Hello! We are a warm and respectful family looking for a responsible helper to join us. If you love children, are hardworking, and enjoy working in a peaceful home by the sea, we’d love to hear from you!

About Us

• Family Members: 4 (2 adults, a 1.5-year-old daughter, and Grandma).
• Location: Tuen Mun Ferry Pier – with stunning sea views.
• Home: 414 sq ft, 3-bedroom.
• Income: Stable, with on-time salary payment.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Cleaning, laundry, tidying, and organizing.
• Cooking: Mainly Chinese dishes; willingness to learn other cuisines is a plus.
• Childcare: Occasionally help care for a 1.5-year-old (main caregivers are the mother and Grandma).
• Pet Care: Take care of two cats (feeding and cleaning litter boxes).

Requirements

• Age: Below 35 years old.
• Experience: At least 2 years in Hong Kong, Middle East, Taiwan, or Singapore, with completed or renewed contracts.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus, and we are willing to offer additional pay for this skill.
• Childcare: Love children, patient, and experienced. Having personal experience raising your own children is highly valued.
• Cooking: Familiar with Chinese food or willing to learn.
• Character: Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, and works independently.
• Health: Good physical condition and personal hygiene.
• Lifestyle: Non-smoker, non-drinker.
• References: Recommendation letter and contact details from previous employers.

What We Offer

• Salary: HKD 5,000/month (negotiable). Additional pay for Mandarin skills.
• Rest Days: Flexible, with prior discussion.
• Accommodation: Private utility room with a loft bed.
• Meals: Join us for meals as part of the family.

Start Date: Dec 2024 – Jan 2025 (flexible).
