Chinese family looking for helper

We are two adults and two kids family.
We are looking for the helper who can following the requirements:
1. follow employers instruction
2. kids lover (enjoy play with kids and make sure they are safe)
3. share room with the toodler
4. day off decided by employers
5. the helper character: outgoing, cherrful, flexible, fast learner and keep good relationship with the employer.

We are willing to offer incentive if the helper perform well.
