Chinese family looking for helper

We are seeking a professional-minded, experienced caregiver who can contribute to a fair and mutually beneficial working relationship within our family. We are a family of 4, with 2 children ages 8 and 16, living in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for elementary school-aged children, either through their own family or previous employment. Some experience with both Chinese and Western cooking is required. We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptive, and proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision. Given our occasional travel, you must be a trustworthy and independent worker capable of managing our home in our absence.

Previous experience with Chinese families, in HK or elsewhere, and caring for multiple children is highly desirable. We require someone with good English. Chinese or Cantonese is NOT required. As a relatively quiet household, we seek someone who is also on the more reserved side but can still communicate effectively. While we respect your personal time off, we do require some flexibility in your schedule. Candidates with positive references from previous employers will be given preference.
