Chinese family looking for helper

We are a Chinese family living in the senior staff quarters at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Dad, mom, and kid speak English and Mandarin. Grandma speaks Mandarin. We have regularly 3 adults with 1 kid (9 years old). We are looking for a helper to help with housekeeping, cooking, and grocery shopping.  Sometimes, we need a helper to help with sending the kid to school and picking up the kid from school. Currently, the kid is studying in a primary school within walking distance.
