Chinese family looking for helper

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (3.5 yr and 6 m) and two cats (quiet and friendly, minimum attention required). We live on mid-levels and have a separate room for helpers. We currently have a helper with us since the bigger kid was born and now are looking for an additional helper to join us and take care of the little one. Main responsibilities are around the little one including organizing play dates. We give our helpers room and autonomous and reward good performance as appropriate.
