Chinese family looking for hearted helper

I'm living with an elderly, who is smart, and a kid living out of us.  We want to hire a hearted helper who can speak Cantonese to do the housekeeping, marketing, elderly care and kid care when required, etc..  We are a small and friendly family and would like to have a helper who could be living in harmony as part of the happy family.
