Chinese family looking for helper

we are a loving chinese family with a 10 months baby. We'd like to find a helper who has experience with taking care of  baby and making baby food.  we hope the helper could be a part of our family , love baby and be paticipate with the baby's growing up. Also Chinese cooking skill is a must. As for the first year my parents may live with us, perferred  speak a little mandarin. 

I'd like candidates with reference letter or at least i can talk to the previous family. thanks.
