Chinese family looking for helper

We are looking for a warm-hearted helper to join our family. There are 2 adults, one 2-year-old boy and a baby girl due soon. We can pay a salary reasonably higher than the minimum wage, but only for the right person. We hope to have a very long relationship instead of just hiring for 2 years. We would like to helper to: - be a person who truly wants to become part of our family - not be someone who works to kill time for money - love children - have rich experience in taking care of babies and toddlers - like cooking, be able to decide what to cook, as well as follow a recipe when needed - have good autonomy for housekeeping - be humble and respect each other in the family
