Chinese family looking for helper to take care 1yr old baby

My name is Guoce Yang, an engineer working at a HK science & tech company. My wife is a faculty at a university in HK. We live in Fanling. We both have phd degrees and had rich experience living in western countries such as the US and the UK. We just had a baby in Sep 2023 and he is a very cute, outgoing and happy boy. We expect to have a helper to take care of him when we are working. He is usually in day creche during the daytime from Mon to Fri. We will treat the helper as our family and provide a competitive salary. We are very friendly, open-minded and honest and we expect the helper has the same character. The main responsibilities of candidates are following: Required: 1. Take care of our baby when he cannot go to day creche such as due to his sickness, weather, some issues of the day creche, etc. 2. Daily housekeeping. 3. Cooking and enjoy cooking. Experience in Chinese food will be strongly preferred. 4. Good at English and willing to teach our baby to learn English. 5. Buy groceries. Optional: Baby first aid just in case.
