Chinese family looking for full time domestic helper

We are a Chinese family looking for a full time helper. Family has 2 adults, 1 child (1yr old), no pet. The usual helper routine. Requirements:
- Prefer Phillipine helper
- Like kids, patient
- undergraduate degree, to make sure can communicate effectively
- age at least 30+
- Clean, can cook simple Chinese food. 
- married with kids

Looking for finished contract or can break contract (with good reasons). location is southern part of HK island (very close to MTR).
