Chinese family looking for a second helper for toddler care

We are a family of a Chinese couple and a lovely baby boy (15 months old), expecting the second baby by the end of this year. Therefore we want to add one helper.

Job responsibility: The new helper will take care of our elder child (15 months old) - take him to playgroup, play with him during the day. When our second kid is born, you will share responsiblity on cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking with your co-worker.

Requirement: We hope the helper is honest, happy, hard working, patient, willing to learn, with good attitude. Prior baby caring experience is a must. Reference call from prior employer is required.

What we offer:

• We live in an apartment with over 1,000 feet in Olympics. We provide good living condition to our helpers, and we value open communication and mutual respect.
• Room: There is air conditioner in the helper room. You will share helper room / bathroom with the other co-worker, and at the same time sleep with kid before he turns 2 year old
• Salary: 5,000 to 6,500 + discretionary bonus depending on prior experience. 
• Day off: Sunday/Saturday (rotate with co-worker)
