Chinese family looking for a helper

We are a family of 3-4 adults (me, my husband and my mom; my dad will visit us in HK from time to time) and 1 baby (1 year old). We are looking to hire a helper in November 2023. Our current helper will go back to the Philippines soon to take care of her family. We expect our helper to do housekeeping, cooking every day, assist my mom in taking care of my baby, take the baby out for playgroup or outdoor activities, buy groceries and go marketing from upon request, and other ad hoc tasks upon request. The helper should be able to speak fluent English. Chinese (Mandarin) would be a plus but not must. We are reasonable and treat our helper well.
