Chinese family looking for a helper to take care of new born

We are a well-travelled young Chinese couple who has settled in Hong Kong last year. We are easy to get along with, hassle-free and also very direct in terms of communications. As we just celebrated the birth of our baby girl, we are looking for a helper to join us primarily to take care of our newborn. 

The expected start date would be around Feb 7 and there will be another three weeks of overlap/transition with a very capable baby sitter. You will share the same room with the new born.

An ideal fit would be 1) child-loving and adequately experienced with newborn; 2) honest & religious; 3) detail-oriented; 4) non-smoker & non-alcoholic. Additional features we would appreciate include 1) decent cooking skills; 2) cleanliness & health-conscious; 3) motivated learner. 

We are fun-loving and will treat you with plenty of respect as long as we feel the same if true on your part. It would be great if you can acquire new skills, enjoy your job here and develop personally while we grow our family.
