Chinese family looking for a caring and careful helper

We are a Chinese family who just moved from Singapore to Hong Kong. There is a toddler (1+ year old) and a child (4+ year old) in the family, and both are girls. We work in a local university and an international school, respectively. We look for a caring and careful helper to look after the baby, play with the child, and do relevant housekeeping work. The helper should have childcare experience, preferreably could communicate in both English and Mandarin, and ideally will start to work from late August or early September.
