Chinese family expecting a newborn looking for helper

We are looking for a baby-loving helper with minimum 5 years of experience. We are easy-going people with reasonable expectations. Our baby is due July 2024. It would be great if you can come as soon as possible, so we can get to know each other and our family routines better before our baby is born. During the first two or three months, when baby requires most intensive care, we will have additional 24 hour help from experienced confinement lady so your main duty would be to help us with household chores down, and getting to know the baby. After the confinement lady leaves, you will have to be more involved in taking care of baby. We are willing to offer higher than market rate salary (with incentive-based bonuses) to the right candidate. We hope you will feel reciprocated for your hard work. You will be having your own private room in our home.
