Chinese Australian mixed family with two kids

We are a Chinese Australian mixed family with a 6 year old and a newborn. We would like find someone who can start relatively soon. We are only looking for finished or relocation contract at this point given processing time. Prior experience with newborn is important to us. Employer references will be a big plus also. Thank you.
