Chinese American family looking for a full-time helper

We are a Chinese-American family of two members—my 5-year-old son and I. I am looking for a kind, caring, patient, healthy, and trustworthy motherly helper to form a long-term partnership and help me with the household while I run my own business from home. This person should have an open mind, be willing to learn new things, take initiative on tasks, and have a good attitude and work ethic. 

You must speak good English and be able to read English books to my son. Good communication is essential to me as it's the foundation for any partnership. You must have relatively good health and be mindful of your well-being.

Our home environment is usually quiet, orderly, and clean. So it'd be ideal if you are also comfortable with peace and quiet in your downtimes. 

Your responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: 

• Sending and picking up my son from school (school bus stop close to home)
• Taking my son to arranged classes and activities
• Cooking for my son according to his diet, for which I'll provide training
• Caring for my son and entertaining him creatively (games, books, crafts, outings, etc.)
• Befriending with my son's friends' aunties in the neighborhood and arranging/attending playdates
• Being able to follow written recipes to cook for me. I'll provide recipes. I also do a good chunk of cooking myself.
• Grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning, tidying, babysitting, etc. 

We also have some plants, fish, and a turtle that require minimal care. 

You'll have your private room with a window and blinds. Food is provided. You'll have statutory holidays and Sundays off.
