Children loving Helper Needed- ALREADY BASED IN HONG KONG

We are a Taiwanese American family of 5 with 3 children, age 10 girl, and 6.5 year old twins. Our current auntie has been with us for 4 years and she needs to return home for good this June. We are looking for someone who likes to be with kids and could manage the house. My husband and I both work. I sometimes work from home. As we are a busy household with many activities going on, we are looking for someone who has good sense of time management and who is also patient, organised and communicate well. Since we have 3 kids with busy activities, we will plan on hiring another person from the Philippines through an agent later on to help out.
