Caregiver for elderly with walking disability

looking for a fulltime helper who can take care of grandma and grandpa, primary responsibiliy is grandma care as she is currently paralysed from chest down and weighs only 40kg. She will need help with urine catheterization, nappy change,  shower, going bathroom and wheel chair travel. Also help with basic house keeping and cook food for them. her hands are fine and can feed herself. 

If possible, give her basic leg stretches and massage during the day. 

you will share a room with grandma and given food allowance
