Canadian Chinese with Medium Sized Dog Looking for Helper

Hello, I have recently moved back to Hong Kong with my medium sized (16kg) dog. 

Location:  Mid-Levels
Salary:  5000 HKD/month
Requirements:  - Mainly pet care for 16kg, 2.5yo dog + other household work
                           - live-in
                           - day-off:  SATURDAY
Accomodation:  3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.  Helper will be given 1 bedroom and use of common guest bathroom with spacious shower.
Start date:  Preferably beginning to mid-October 2024

I will be returning to work soon and require full-time help at home with my dog.  Since my hours will be quite long, I will need a trusted helper, who can act as my partner, in taking care of my house.  Mostly, I need help caring for my dog, who is very dear to me.  He is a healthy 2.5 year old dog who has separation anxiety,  which means he cannot be left at home alone.  He loves people, is very friendly but does not really like other dogs.  He will require 2-3 short walks per day and a few pee breaks downstairs in front of the apartment building.  He eats 2 meals a day, which are hand prepared for him (including handling raw meat).

What I am looking for in a helper is somebody who is trustworthy, hardworking, honest with a good attitude, and able to work independently.  Even if there are skills that a helper does not have, I am most keen on meeting somebody who has a heart and willingness to learn new things.

I require a live-in helper and offer a clean and spacious home where she will have her own separate room and a spacious bathroom (that is shared as the guest bathroom when people come to visit).  Aside from my dog's care, I require the following skills:

• keeping the house clean and tidy (sweeping, mopping, general cleaning etc)
• ability to go to the wetmarket and shops to buy groceries and other items
• cooking Chinese food (this is not a must, but would be very valuable)
• receive packages and supervise repairs at home etc
• prepare and portion dog's daily meals (i will teach the recipes)
