Busy western professional looking for a cook and housekeeper

My name is Clement, I am living in HK for 11 years. 

I live by myself with no children and I am a busy professional working for multinational corporation. I am looking to hire a live-out helper who can assist me in my daily life to perform the following tasks:

1) cook breakfast

2) cook lunch

3) cook dinner

4) perform groceries / go to market

5) use the computer to order food online, do the meal planning so I know what food i will eat

6) keep the house in order and clean every day, wash dishes, do laundries, ironing

7) prepare my clothes for the day after

8) assist me with adhoc tasks when needed (pick up a delivery order, go to shop, deep clean)

9) go to prince Edward every week to buy crickets for my guecko pet (Marco), clean his little cage, play with him sometime :)

I have two homes. One for weekday. One for weekend.

Location: Sheung Wan (Monday to Friday afternoon)

Aberdeen (Friday evening, Saturday)

Special day: Friday, I organize and host diner, need to cook for guests (up to 6ppl), otherwise weekday cooking is only for me

Sunday: day off

In terms of working hours:

Weekdays starts 7.00am, finish when diner is served, clothes ready prepared for the day after (max 9pm), Friday (~11pm)

Saturday starts 9.00am finish 9pm.

When I eat outside, there is no need to cook for me. You would be informed in advance.

This job is focused on cooking and taking care of the house and my clothes. I am looking for someone I can trust, who is okay to live out, and is ready to cook food. I have a simple diet, easy cooking recipes but I am strict on timing.

I am looking for someone who is:

1) self-organized

2) meticulous, remember things

3) punctual, communicate well

4) consistent, follow instructions

5) happy vibe :) and not afraid of crickets and guecko
