Busy busy with 3 kids. Looking 2nd helper for 4yr old boy.

I've got a busy family of 3 kids and I really appreciate your help We want someone to help us make a good home for the kids and can grow a long relationship with us (long service, bonuses, salary raises is not a problem). Cleaning and household chores is not hard and we don’t want our auntie to do boring chores all day. We have dishwasher, dryer, etc. We hope our aunties can spend more time baking or try new recipes together and spend more time with the kids. Working with co-worker is not easy so we hope to meet first and get a good match for the family. Current auntie is filipina, new start in February, super easy going and simple, so perfect time to join and work together.
