Business Mum looking for helper

I am in TaiKoo Tsing in HK island . I have one child 22 months and one adult. Helper has to sleep with a baby in a room. Helper need to take my baby as 1st priority and she can’t play phone when taking care of baby and respect me and baby privacy. Alternative off holiday: eg One week is Saturday and next week is Sunday. She has to eat with me and no food allowance. She need to know how to wash car. She is tidy up and has a good hygiene. She loves to smile and a energetic, positive person.
