British family looking for a second helper

We are looking for a second helper to join our family. We are a family of two working parents, one toddler, one small sausage dog and a baby on the way. Childcare and newborn care are important skills that we are looking for. Multi-tasking and good time management are also important to help keep things running and well organised. We’d really like someone that is also particularly good at managing groceries and cooking as a complimentary skill to our current helper. We envision it to be a good partnership helping each other out.
