Asian American family looking for a helper

We are an Asian American expat family of 4 with 2 boys (3yrs and newborn). We already have 1 helper that has been with us for 3 years and are looking for a 2nd helper look after our newborn and help around the house. The new helper will share a bedroom with the newborn.  We respect helper's privacy and freedom and treat helper with respect, food allowance is provided if they choose to not eat the same food as us. The job is to cooperate with our existing helper to take care of the kids, cook, and clean.
