Family of 4 (couple + 2 babies) looking for a helper

We are a family of two adults (Korean and HongKong-American), a 2-year-old toddler, and a newborn expected in September. So we are looking to have a full-time helper.  You will have your own private room with a bathroom.  The salary is negotiable. The job can start in April 2023.

Duties:

cleaning, grocery, cooking, other general housework etc.

Although we have babies, your job will mostly be maintaining house tidiness and kitchen work.  So minimal children caring.

no pets. no gardening

Preferred:

experience more than 10 years and age over 40

finished contract and employer relocation

Required:

no smoking
