American looking for a full-time helper in Sai Kung

We are a middle-aged American/Hong Kong couple in Sai Kung with no kids, no car, and no pets, nor any plans for such. We are looking for a full-time helper already in Hong Kong, preferably familiar with Sai Kung. A nonsmoker with a college or university education preferred. We live in two floors in a village house, and you would have your own large bedroom and have access to a large, full bathroom. 

Location: Sai Kung village house, walkable to town 

Main duties: 

• Housekeeping: cleaning & laundry
• Basic meal preparation & cooking
• Grocery shopping
