American/Chinese family looking for a helper

We are looking for a helper whose primary responsibility will be to take care of two kids (food, school, play time, bath, bed) , cooking for kids and adults, general housekeeping, since both parents have full time jobs and often need to work in the evening/night from home. One kid is newborn, and another one is 2 year old. The helper will co-work with another helper at home. We will need someone who speaks English.
