American and Japanese working couple looking for helper

Since our current helper working for us wants to go home when finishing this second contract, we are looking for her replacement. 

We are American and Japanese couple with one dog, no kid. Both are busy working and we need someone can take care of all the house management and dog care. We also have many business trips before covid and need someone can take care of her while we are away.

Trust and honesty are most important for us. Also we expect good cooking skill who can be creative and propose the menu, able to keep the house clean, good ironing skill, delicate laundry and pet care.

We dont micromanage all the task, we look for someone can plan and manage the tasks.

Our current one will finish on 16 Aug, we want to hire from 12 Aug to arrange handover.
