American and Chinese Family of 3 looking for a helper

We are an American and Chinese Family of 3 with a 2 year old toddler. We are looking for a helper with child care experience in Hong Kong to join our family. Ofcourse the #1 priority should be for the kid but we also want someone who is very good at time management and can manage the household and the child. Someone who pays attention to details and can work independently without supervision. 

General duties such as going to the market, grocery shopping, ironing Household duties including cleaning and keeping our home environment clean and tidy. We prefer someone who enjoys cooking and trying  new dishes and being creative when it comes to meals for the baby.  We want someone who manage her time and schedule as this is important.  Someone cheerful, happy, honest with a good attitude and someone who loves and enjoys taking care of their “little boss”

Both Parents are working outside of the home so the helper would be responsible for managing the household while we are away.
