A SMALL FAMILY OF 3 WITH A TODDLER OF 2YO

We are a family of 3 people and our little one is getting 2 year old this month.The helper is expected to take care of the kid, clean up the house and cook.We expect someone who genuinely loves kids and has something in personal life she is passionate about (be it baking/gardening/hiking/dancing or anything).A separate room with toilette / shower is provided. We value everyone's privacy / free time / leisure activities, but in the meantime we expect a mutual respect (being honest, responsible, no phone while working).
