A loving family looking for helper

We are a family of four - parents with two lovely 11 months old twin boys. We live in a 700 sqft two bedroom apartment and helper has her own room next to the kitchen. We expect helper to do basic housework - cleaning, laundry, mop floor and cooking. No need night shift for babies. No need grocery shopping. Help change diapers and feeding. Rest assured, we, as parents always help babysitting and helper assists, not ask helper to take care of two babies all by herself. Car wash once a month. Accompany families for outdoor activities with transportation covered. No pets. No elderly to take care of. We are looking for someone loving, patient, hardworking, humble and have basic knowledge for babysitting. English is a must. Flexible about holidays - Friday off. Can start as early as March. If performance is good, annual bonus and salary increase is possible.
