A family of 3, with one kid looking for a domestic helper

We are working parents with a daughter in primary school. Our top requirements are below 2.

1) Playing and taking care with our daughter in English, make sure she is safe all the time

2) Good at cooking Chinese food

We are easy going and have standard expectations on other housework.
