2nd helper for cooking and kids

We are a 2 adults + 2 kids family (6 years old and 3 years old - both go to school). We have one helper currently and now looking for another helper. The main duties is cooking, cleaning and taking care of kids would be share with the existing helper.  The most important attribute to us is trust worthy and caring for kids. We treat the helper as part of the family and will reward fairly based on the work quality
