KNOW take bus/ MTR in Central, Admiralty, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai
KNOW buy food from wet market/ supermarket eg Citysuper
MUST BE IN HONG KONG NOW for Video Call AND In Person interview
MUST Know Some CHINESE cooking
