2 Adults 2 Dogs Nice Home. Immediate Hire!

We are a small family of 2 adults + 2 dogs living in a duplex, looking to hire a helper immediately, who is honest, kind, trustworthy, tidy and organized with at least 3 years of experience. Work is mainly on house chores, marketing, cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, plant care and taking care of 2 dogs. Our senior dogs are gentle and non intrusive.

There will be a Filipino coworker but helper will have own air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with Wi-Fi. Helper needs to alternate day offs with coworker. Often need to cook 2 meals a day but will alternate cooking and marketing with coworker. Need to clean, iron and laundry well. A good cook is a plus. 

We are patient in teaching helper to work in the way we prefer. Most work is repetitive and can be learned well if helper puts her heart into it.
